Following on from recent reports regarding the withdrawal of the proposed VAT on foreign tourist invoices, which was due to take effect in Zimbabwe on 01 January 2015, please take note that there has been no official confirmation from the relevant ministries and tourism bodies that the VAT will not be implemented.
