Owners request a Bank guarantee provided by buyer's bank in Namibia of at least 60 % of the purchase price and any financing for the rest amount. Then owners shall hand it to theur Bank to confirm the authenticity of such documents.
After verification owners shall suggest to meet for a visit at Wabi Lodge. The Farm and Lodge will be sold as it stands and include almost everything which is/was implemented. Specific info will be given to a buyer, once the funds are available and verified by owners bank.
Furthermore, on the day buyer commits to purchasing the Lodge and Farm, a contract issued by owners agent / legal advisor must be signed within 10 working days, stipulating the price agreed upon and a deposit of 50% of the purchase price must be paid within that time frame into a trust account stipulated by owners attorney. Without the deposit the contract will neither be secured nor confirmed. Should the transfer not happen because of problems raised by buyer's banks, partners or financiers, the deposit of 50 % will be
forfeited and is not refundable after 90 days (3 months).
