The History of Auas Mall
The Auas Valley Shopping Mall is one of the property developments that Agra invested in during the late nineties. This was done to diversify Agra’s business into distinct market segments, which are not directly affected by climatic changes or other cyclical agricultural patterns, thus generating income streams independent of the agricultural situation in Namibia. In 2013, we celebrated the start of the upgrade and extension of the mall. This was done with the view of retaining anchor tenants and ensuring the future growth of the mall.
This N$220 million investment offers shoppers a diverse shopping experience for their unique lifestyle needs. We aim to secure and expand our market share with a new contemporary design that offers more choice and excitement. Over the past 20 years, we have become a prime destination for shoppers who prefer a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Auas Valley Shopping Mall Late Night Shopping is our annual Christmas event which takes place in November.
