Video of first thunderstorm and rain with hail in central Windhoek and in other parts of Namibia. It is the first rain in 2021-2022 rainy season.

Hail also featured during the summer rainfall storm that soaked Windhoek this afternoon. The first rain of 2021-2022 rainy season occurred in October 2021. Normally rainy season starts in October – November each year and lasts till April - May.
Heavy rainfall fell over Windhoek on Thursday afternoon, bringing relief after days of humid and sweaty weather.
