Cage Diving, the World’s First activity of its Kind
Bushtracks Africa introduced an exciting activity in Victoria Falls, The Crocodile Cage Diving.
Overview:
After a quick dive brief and signing of an indemnity form the cage is lowered into the water up to the shortest diver’s chest level. Basic skills are covered and divers are introduced to the crocodiles and to breathing air underwater. Divers use their previously briefed hand signals to lower the cage into “our world”. The dive leader feeds the crocodiles and fish whilst taking underwater footage and photos, available for sale after the dive. The cage returns safely to the surface and the divers are free to get changed, in the change rooms and enjoy the cafe at Elephants walk shopping village. While we burn DVDS and photos or we can deliver to selected hotels.
Enjoy this activity for half an hour.
- Dives run all day from 9am to 6pm daily and nightly.
- The cage can take up to 4 PAX.
- The minimum age limit is 6 years of age with parental consent.
NB: Safety, Insurance and medical air rescue measures have been put in place.
