• Valid for travel from 01 May until 30 November 2022
• New bookings can be held provisionally for 14 days, upon which time written confirmation is required
• Minimum 5-night stay
• Includes 15% Namibian VAT and 1% Namibian Tourism Levy
• Not available in conjunction with another promotion and/or special rate
• Subject to availability and to change without prior notification
• Please note fishing excursions are limited to 1 tank of fuel per boat per day
• Revised refundable cancellation terms are in place exclusively for new bookings
• 30% Single supplement is applicable
• Community development levy of R85 per person per night is applicable
• A negative PCR test is required to enter Namibia and Botswana. Botswana may require proof of double vaccination. PCR testing for departure takes place on the banks of the Chobe River at a cost of R700 per person.

• Revised refundable cancellation terms are in place exclusively for new bookings made from 11 May 2021 for reasons relating to Covid-19 that are due to arrive within 30 days at a Zambezi Queen Collection property
• Minimum 2-night stay
• Please note we have a minimum occupancy requirement before we can confirm your provisional reservation as follows: Zambezi Queen - 6 Suites (12 pax minimum), limited to Friday departures.
• We reserve the right to move guests between our properties should the minimum requirement occupancy not be met. We will refund guests the difference in rate if applicable.
