Windhoek, Namibia - EON Property Services - no service!

EON Property Services who manage levies payments at Auas Hills Retirement Village in Windhoek totally ignore requests to allocate monthly payments made into EON's bank account. Messages about two payments made to EON but not reflecting in EON's statements e-mailed in the middle of March 2025 are still unanswered by EON.

However EON are extremely quick to charge for late payments - same late payments resulted from EON not taking tenants' payments into account. Customer service is a concept unknown to EON.

Bad service - avoid The Dome Hotel in Swakopmund, Namibia

The hotel tried to overcharge when we made a boking request in December 2024.

When we pointed out obvious overcharging and showed them their own rates they've just stopped all communication. Typical mediocre service.

Nedbank - no support or customer service

While outside of Namibia Nedbank's EFT payments are impossible due to OTP codes service being not operational.

Nedbank does not react to numerous requests sent to solve the problem: managers Denillo Cloete and Bernard Gurirab ignore e-mailed requests. Result is impossibility to make EFT transfers. Nedbank however duly charges hefty "service" fees every month without providing service.

Constant ignoring our simple request about interest rate on our bank account with Bank Windhoek and date when it is valid from.

A numerous e-mail messages are plainly ignored by K. Totong, M. Gontes and J. van Wyk from Maerua Mall Windhoek branch. Same for July 2022 request about bank charges clarification. R. Borges from Bank Windhoek Merchant Acquiring also ignored several requests e-mailed in July 2022 about e-commerce service implementation.

Terrible service report: pathetic failure of A&A Recovery & Tow-In Services

Avoid! Booked broken sedan vehicle transportation in Windhoek, two days in advance, for 07:00 sharp pick-up on the morning of 20 July 2022 (not at 08:00, not at 09:00, not at ANY other time).

Reservation has been confirmed. Transport has not arrived, for some reason it was elsewhere in southern Africa. We almost missed our appointment with a mechanic (the one who must be booked three weeks in advance!). Never again! Think twice before choosing this "service" - risks are too high.

Panarottis Windhoek - worst service in town guaranteed!

Avoid, service is pathetic. Ordered take away pizza yesterday with separate spices/garlic/dry cheese, which were confirmed. Arrived without it. Phoned again, was promised it to be delivered and (needless to say) never arrived. Usual Namibian service, nobody cares.
Pizza quality is also going down. Congratulations, you've just lost clients.

Namibia: The worst bank possible

In the worst Namibian bank competition FNB is one of the strongest contestants: nobody knows how to reply to opening account questions. Incompetence of the highest order! Not to mention mileage long queues they have. No stars at all would be more appropriate.

Zero customber service, zero interest in solving customer's problem, zero help - welcome to Standard Bank Namibia!

No reply to numerous requests about home loan account from Standard Bank's loans department. Wanted to increase loan amount and get a calculations on new monthly installments. Job proved to be too much to bother for the below mentioned consultants.
