O&L Leisure Hotels & Lodges Namibia unveils Worldwide “Coming Home” Recruiting Campaign

Namibian hospitality company O&L Leisure Hotels & Lodges unveils a worldwide “Coming Home” recruiting campaign focused on the many Namibian citizens currently working in the hospitality and restaurant industry all over the world. The global campaign will be posted on all relevant social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing amongst others as well as on all relevant Hospitality Career Platforms in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Americas and Asia Pacific supported by Radio, Print, PR.

O&L Leisure Hotels & Lodges is currently completing the development of the single biggest private investment of nearly N$ 400 Million in the Namibia tourism industry consisting of the very exciting Strand Hotel Swakopmund as well as the uniquely situated and amazing Chobe Water Villas, right on the banks of Chobe River in the Caprivi.

With these exciting and unique developments O&L Leisure is embarking upon creating a new level of Hospitality in Namibia. With this “Coming Home” initiative O&L Leisure invites all Namibian hospitality professionals from all over the world to consider returning home and developing their careers further here in Namibia and joining O&L Leisure in “creating a future and enhancing life” for all Namibians.
