Tongabezi is excited to announce that we have appointed Marc Harris in the brand new post of Lodges Manager for Tongabezi Lodge, Sindabezi Island and Tangala.
Marc's brief is straightforward: Deliver more than our guests expect!
The Tongabezi Team has a reputation for meeting demands before our guests even know they have them. With this new addition we are fine tuning our bow.
Together with our Group General Manager Rudy Boribon we are confident that Tongabezi now boasts a formidable front of house management team.
Who is Marc Harris?
Originally from Durban in South Africa, he completed tertiary studies in Hospitality Management in 2001. He has worked his way around the world from small boutique hotels to exclusive game lodges and beach hotels-from big cities like London and Kampala to the isolation of the Tanzanian coast... Marc has been exposed to all facets of the industry and guests.
He is returning to Zambia with an excellent understanding and appreciation of operations and the wonderful people that are unique to our beautiful country. His keen eye for detail, extensive knowledge and fresh ideas will be employed to provide memorable and unforgettable memories for our guests and he aims to enhance the warmth and natural hospitality that our staff members are renowned for.
