Accommodation
All eight rooms have en-suite facilities and are equipped with TV, telephone, mini-bar, fan, safe, mosquito nets and coffee/tea facilities, located in Windhoek, Namibia. Some of the rooms are inter-leading to cater for families, all have desks to cater for business(wo)men and some have a private patio or a roof terrace.
Check-in/check-out times
Kindly note that our check-out time is 10h00, while check-in is possible as from 13h00. Where possible, we will try to accommodate early arrivals. However, this is subject to room availability.
Please advise us in advance if you are arriving after 17h00 to make sure that rooms are not released. Reservations: e-mail.
Children
Children are welcome at Vondelhof Guesthouse. Please note, however, that the swimming pool is not fenced.
Accommodation for children younger than 2 years is free of charge. A baby cot is available; please advise if a cot is needed when making a booking.
Guide accommodation
We gladly accommodate guides.
Dayroom
Dayrooms are available, subject to availability.
Meals
A continental breakfast buffet is included in our rates. A cooked breakfast attracts a surcharge. Light lunches are served on request.
For guests departing before 07h00 we can arrange a breakfast pack (included in our rate) and for guests with a long journey ahead we can also arrange a packed lunch at an additional N$ 75.
Transfers
We will gladly arrange airport transfers. Prices are available on request.
