Wooden walkway to the Diaz Point in Luderitz destroyed by storm in November
The Diaz Point wooden walkway across the tidal river, located at the Luderitz Peninsula, was destroyed by storm on 15 November 2014. Namibia's National Heritage Council, which manages the bridge as well as the Diaz Point with famous Diaz Cross, has made plans to replace the bridge.
