As we are about to close the year 2014, which no doubt, was quite an interesting, exciting and with an improvement in bookings at our lodge, I would like to take this opportunity not only to introduce myself, but also to thank you for your most valued support in 2014 and before.
Well, I took over Kapika Waterfall Camp (now no longer called Camp) but Kapika Waterfall Lodge on July 1, 2015 with the aim to make it the foremost and preferred accommodation establishment in Epupa.
A lot of things have changed and improved since my take over and we will continue upgrading and improving on our services wherever we see a need and also would appreciate your input, comments and feedback. It’s the only way to move forward.
We have introduced the state of the art ‘Nightsbridge’ reservation system on our computers.
Mr. Simon Amadhila, my Assistant Manager, who has been with the company for more than 4 years and proved himself as an exemplary all-rounder and very popular with our guests is becoming a great chef under my leadership and training and, we have introduced an upgraded full English breakfast, light lunch menu and a great variety on our dinner menus.
